🧾 How buying works — and how to check your order
- You pay — your wallet sends ETH + the RIG number to the treasury. The chain records it instantly and publicly.
- Auto-fulfilment runs every 10 minutes — the fulfilment bot checks for new payments and transfers your RIG from the project stock to your wallet. Normally done within ~10 minutes.
- Check any time at /tracker — paste your wallet, see every RIG and machine delivered to you with transaction proof. Also visible on /portfolio.
If your RIG hasn't arrived after ~30 minutes: it means the bot hit an edge case (for example the RIG was bought seconds before you — first payment wins, and you'll be refunded or offered an equivalent RIG). Don't worry — every payment is honored, no exceptions. Open a ticket in Discord with your tx hash (find it in your wallet history), or just check /tracker — if your payment shows there but no delivery, the dev fixes it manually the same day.
Honest note: we recently had two delayed deliveries (both now resolved and the buyers made whole). That's why the bot now runs automatically every 10 minutes instead of waiting on manual checks. We'd rather over-communicate than have anyone waiting scared.
